When you place an order we receive your name, phone number, and the contents of your order. If you register for a wholesale account we also collect your company name, company registration number, ID number (for vetting), and email address.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process your order, communicate with you about it, and — for wholesale applicants — to verify your business. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Order and account data is stored securely and only accessed by shop staff who need it to serve you.

Data retention

Order records are kept for our records and are not shared externally. If you would like us to delete your personal data, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will action your request promptly.
